Saturday afternoon, 2-3pm – Athletic Yoga Recovery – $5
This is NEW to the Ballpark is and a targeted yoga class for athletes. If you have a Speed & Agility membership, this class is FREE! The Yoga instructor is MaryAnn Basileo. Class will be held in the downstair room.
