Well, we’ve got a great program that will get your entire family moving! Our Speed and Agility program has been expanded to include adult workouts to get everyone stronger and healthier! COACHES WELCOME TOO!
- Fridays 6-7pm or Sundays 3-4pm
- Program Length – 6 weeks
- Fridays – 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1 and 3/8
- Sundays – 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/3 and 3/10
