Legends Speed & Agility Training is Back!!
Legends Speed & Agility Training program places a high priority on functional movements, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns.
- Tuesdays, 7-8pm
- Starting July 16 through August 20, 2019
- Program Length – 6 weeks
- Ages 7 and up
This is a great program to get your kids ready for fall sports. Parents and other family members can attend too and work out at the same times as their children!
